Not able to decide to choose ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET CORE

Question

Hi all,

 Can anyone suggest to me choose new technology between asp.net MVC or asp.net core

because I am new to this and I want Jump out from ASP from last 3 years I am working  in ASP .net environment but now I want to learn new things which are coming so I am confused and not able to decide whether I would go with Asp.net MVC / ASP.net core
