Not able to create project in Angular 6

Question

Hi All,

 

I am getting an error while creating new project in angular 6.

 

Node and Angular CLI is already installed

 

Following are the steps that I am executing

 

1)open cmd(Command prompt) as an administrator

 

2)ng new <Project Name>
