not able to create aside and menu area

hi guys im trying to create a webpage with diffrent section like footer hearder etc but im not able to create a menu or aside area 

can anyone help me im attaching the pics of how i want to my webpage look like and how im geting it im using HTML*&CSS but still not able to create them

can anyone help me 

if possible send me code too
