No way to fix Nuget in Visual Studio 2012

Greeting

I've problem in fixing Nuget package, I tried all solutions to fix it but no way.

-I review more than 30 web sites, alot of atricels to fix a worst problem but noway.

- I reinstall Visual studio 2012, maybe to fix it, nothing happen.

I searched to get new link for Nuget by add new link and update noway.

I open Extenstion manager and download as photo below,

So what's thw worst problem .
