No FAVOURITES and DOWNLOAD tabs present?

Question

I don't have two tabs that others have, The favourites and downloads.

But I have libraries and Homegroup in my file explorer.

 To get my Downloaded files i need to go inside c drive then user and users and then i could see DOWNLOAD folder there.
