No data is available for encoding 51936 (#598) in xamarin

Dear all,
 
I am facing this issue so many time, can you help me, please.
 
I am making a mail client in xamarin and using maillkit library. but I am getting this type of error.
 
[jstedfast/MailKit] System.NotSupportedException: No data is available for encoding 51936 (#598)
 
main error:-System.NotSupportedException: No data is available for encoding 51936. For information on defining a custom encoding, see the documentation for the Encoding.RegisterProvider method. occurred.
