News ticker in C#

Question

im putting up a monitoring screen at work and we ar putting a ticker at the bottom

much like done in this turtorial

but what i need to change is it to scrolle from right to left, and we must be abel to change the text easy, best wold be if its a txt file on c:\ thats handels the text that the ticker displayes.

can anyone help with this or know of a good turtorial for horisontal text scrolling?
