Network Management System Using Web

Question

Well I m student of BS final. I m making the project mentioned above. The problem is that How i can access my network from the web(), hosted on the IIS web server other than the system in the network? The probelm gets more complex when i came to know that the OS on Public IP server is Linux with its own domain(uaar.edu).
Currently the system(website) is working well on the IIS on the system in the same domain(cit.uaar.edu) of Windows server 2003. I have to manage both of the domain. Can any one figure out the solution..
