.Net Class Library to convert Pixel to Millimeters

Question

Can anyone tell me which .Net Class Library helps in converting the pixel value to millimeters. I have an image file, of which i know the height and width in pixels. I want to convert the values into millimeters so that i can decide which paper(A4, A3, A2 size papers) is to be used for that image file.
