.Net Certification related

Dear Experts,

I am Sharad Gupta having 4 years exp in .Net (2.0,3.5) with SQL. now i want to do any certification like (MCPD, MCTS), but i have no knowledge about it.

Please help for taking right decision, which certification is suitable from my profile and what resources and books are good to do it.
