Need .vcf conversion program

Question

Requirements:

1. Get contact details from excel 

2. Convert into .vcf file

Even 5 fields is enough.

It should be c# with winform or webform 

 

Note:

   i gone through many webpages it is not understable please send me only code or simple project with used library files
