Need VB code to validate a asmx Header with encrypted key

Question

and method through asmx web service .. For Ex:By implementing IHttpModule to a class with async BeginRequest events, I tried to implement its not working.

 

Any similar examples would be recommended in asp.net VB and framework 4.6.1.
