need to recover lost recovery code for outlook email pswd.

Question

I have disable the onerous two step verification process to retrieve or reset email passwords on what is still call "hotmail.com".  However the two step process continues and asks me to provide them with an additional email that I can give details about.  I have only account, so that is not possible..  Does anyone know how to retrieve that 12 digit code.  I really need some help and thank you for you time...
