need to learn wcf and wpf

hello everyone ,can any one guide me for wpf and wcf tutorials ..i have exactly one month to complete this .is it possible to do this if so... i need to learn from web only (not able to take classes because of my office schedule). and i googled and finaly i got confused and i dont understand where to start and what is what .i m good in mvc .strong in asp,"ok" in jquery and good in sql .so any body guide me links for  tutorials and examples  and all from level "0" to advanced level
