Need Suggestion before switching to another company

Recently, I cracked an Interview for Infogain Noida. Can you please tell me how good that company is? Is working on client side will affect my growth as they are hiring for the client side? Right now I am working in an MNC but not on client side. Please help me so that I can make the right decision.
