Need solution on career view

Hi,

I have 4.8 yr of exp in . Net.

from my career starting i haven't use UML, Flow Charts,Class Diagram,use case, activity,

sequence etc. I know this is important. But it was my bad luck that my company no such time or not know the importance of this.

So, question is is it really kill my carrier .

IF yes how can overcome this?
