Need Popup Using javascript

   In my application, i want to show data in Popup Window and also need to process the same. I tried by using the Ajax ModalpopupExtender but I can not Fire server side events from Modal Popup Extender. Basically I want to display GridView in the Popup window with paging and need to do processing on the data such as Add, Edit, Delete, Save etc. By means of Ajax Modal Popup Extender I can not call Server Side Functions.
So looking alternative solution using Javascript.

Any Help appreciated .....
