Need of an APP Programmers in Boston Massachusetts

Question

I have a really good idea for and app, but I don’t have any money. I am in the process of getting patent for it, and I will need the programmers to sign a non disclosure and a non compete. I need to get a prototype so I can find investors and crowdsources the idea. I already have someone who interested in my idea and willing the help me find more investors. I am willing to give percentages of the APP to the programmers. How can I make my idea come to life?
