Need Help To understand HttpWorkerRequest.GetUserToken

Question

Dear All,
This my first post here and i hope i will find help ...
just need to know what is the difference between using

HttpWorkerRequest.GetUserToken()
and
WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent()

and when to use each one and why each one of them get different result ??
Code samples will be very helpful .
