Need help on adding multiple attachments in powerapps

Good day!!

Is it possible to add dropdown values to multiple attachments in powerapps.  If yes please suggest me a solution for the same.

 

Ex: I want to upload 3 documents from form and once I clicked on "upload" button then the 1st attachment should be coming above the attachment column along with dropdown values (These dropdown values are nothing but document type), from here I can select any one of the value from drop down and it should be appended to the uploaded attachment, as same I want to upload another attachment and want to select another option from dropdown column and all these values should be stored in Sharepoint multiple line text column.
