Need Help in Web forms

Am working on ASP.NET C#, VS2010,MVC WFC

1) I have a dropdown control in which it display all different kind of Complainttypes Names.I have two radiobuttons Binwise and LocationWise. when i select the complainttype as "BINS" then the radiobutton Binwise should get selected if not the LoactionWise to be selected.These radiobuttons are kept in Div. The Div should open upon selection of complainttype from dropdown list.

2) i have a textbox (in that i fill it with a complaint number) based on that number,i have dropdowns D1,D2,D3 all these should fill on base of textbox value. Once selected then the dropdown controlles should become Readonly.

Please help me out with the above mentioned problems and send me with an examples. It will be a great help.
