Need help in SP2013 UPS AD Import issue

Question

I have AD Import connection in user profile service.... using that all property from Active directory coming to the sharepoint except the picture property... How to bring the employees picture from Active directories to sharepoint? Any help is much appreciated... Note: We do not want to use sync connection,we need AD Import.
