Need Help in FuzzySearching

Question

Hi all,

     i have an application with a textbox ,button and listbox to display the results.i need to 
implement fuzzy searching on a name field in employee table.if u enter a name in textbox and 
click on button similar results should display in listbox.pls help me and give coding for it.
