need help in creating .doc file

Hello Everyone

Actually i want to know how to generate .doc file from web site. for this i googled lots of thing during this i got one nice solution on codeproject.com using this i just get a pice of code which is just create doc file forcefully send to download.

But i don't want this i have to create a file need to store it in root folder. need to add many stuffs in that file such as add header footer, also index and lot many things

So please help me to solve this issue.
