Need guideline for dynamic software development.

 hi,

 Please suggect me some simple guidline or idea that can help me to create project in

 dynamic (i.e. it can easly absorb client requirment with not more changes) 

One e.g. i found code first approach.

(above idea for MVC also ASP.NET web Form)
