How does Devexpress Control help me in growth

Hi ,

in my total 4 yr of exp i working in asp.net,c#.net,HTML,ADO.NET,CSS,Devexpress,MVC4 with razor(6 month).

1) How long does Devexpress Control help me in my future growth?

(I get esily job in devexpress but i am not sure that i get more than 4.5 packege . also as per my exp. most of company expectation is Sr. developer)

please guide me i am really confused.

my main focus on salary and knowledge(only pune).
