Need Career Suggestion?

Hi I am .net Developer having total 2.9 Years.Recently 3 months back I joined in one organisation.So total 3 Years of exp on .net.I am not comfortable with Present organisation why because they are not using latest technologies in the project and environment is also not good.So I am looking for job change.Is it change good for my career with in 3 months?What can I do now?Plaese friends suggest me..

wait for atleast six months and don't change your job because your orgnization not using latest tech. because wherever you go its not guarantee that you will get latest tech. instead of this think about your career goal and then switch

Its always difficult to justify that you left a company in just 3 months. I have seen many people skipping some of their experience.. If the condition is very bad, you can skip you last 3 months experience (do not show it to anyone). Just tell other companies that you were searching for a job from last few months.. But still if possible, spend some more time in your current company as 3 months are rarely enough to judge a company..Also, same situation may be there in the next company..

It seems like you are not comfortable with current organization, in that case you can look for a change but what ever company you will be joining you have to spend good amount of time. So do your homework before joining next company. Moreover you can always show this 3 months experience there is no problem in that

Anil,is there any problem after change the company with in 3 months.Still I have a fear regarding this thing.Companies will consider my 3 months exp or not and I have total 3 years of exp Including this 3 months.

Yes Vikram,This is my second organisation. 1)Present organisation we are working on Saturday & Sunday also.Very tight dead lines provided for tasks and technology wise not good.That is the reason I am looking for job change?

You can! There is no harm is changing the job in 3 months but I'll suggest you to spend some more time and complete at least 1 year..
Remember, there are many companies which are not considering this, and also, this question may arise to you even after 1 year..

Hello,
These kind of confusions come to everyone's mind.Is this your second organisation. If yes then in that case you can look for a change. But before that you need to introspect and ask yourself couple of questions -
1. What kind of work you are looking for.
2. Where do you want to see yourself 5 years down the line.
3. Are you sure that even after having a one more change, you will get the kind of work and environment which you are looking for. If the same thing happens again what will you do?
4. In each and every organisation,you need to do some compromise. You need to decide on which front you can compromise from your side?

Please take your decision very carefully. And while changing an organisation always do a kind of research from your side.
