Need Advice on .Net

Dear Friends,
I am a .net Developer(Windows & Web).
i wanted to know is there any better future for .net in relation to SAP,Java or other technologies.
and are there any new Courses available in .Net by which Update myself in .Net Domain.
Please help me out in this Query.
