Need a sample example on MVC

Question

Can any one give me a simple example on usage of MVC, where the example should contain an interaction with database. Means I need to insert values, edit values and delete the values from database. Can any one give me this please, i have studied many articles regarding MVC but I am unable to get a clear understanding, so can any one help me please..
