Need a program to block USB ports

Hi friends. . I want a program to block usb ports using c# in windows application.
Detail as below: - allow per usb drive per *.exe
example: flash drive A lock , apple.exe at Port B flash
drive B can't open apple.exe even it plug in Port B
It must be flash drive A to unlock apple.exe
please help me
