Narrator should reads status message after click on Add section button

Question

I have WPF application where "Add Section" when button click. Narrator/NVDA should reads the status message after click on Add section button.

Actual:

While navigating through tab key, Screen reader does not read the status message as section added after click on Add Section button.

Expected:

Screen reader should read the status message as section added.
