My sql query Issue

I am facing an issue in mysql

I have created a table in mysql like hr.emp .Now when I am going to run this query

Select * from hr.emp .It gives error.

There is an alternate using tilled like `hr.emp` but I can not use in my scenario.

kindly help me.
