My microsoft word did not open,what can i do?

 I have used Microsoft office 2007 but a few days earlier my office suddenly shut down and whenever i try to open it shows some technical error and did not open it, so i decide to go  https://supportprop58.com/microsoft-edge-support for help, they told me the process, which i need to follow. But i want some suggestion who actually face this problem.
