My idea About Microsoft Dynamic CRM

In MSCRM, whenever we have open a ticket/cases, we have updated the application accordingly , we have updated the customer's feedback of the case progreess with automated email notification to support team with every update like whenever the particular case is goes to open , upated and closed.
then in future it will show to all tranparent picture.
