my blog not approved still status is under submitted

Question

I have submitted the blog with name "Step By Step Create An Azure Logic App for Sharepoint Online List" on 5th Oct 2018 but still  it didn't publish and  on Submitted status.

Who is the contact person for it? even i din't recieve any mail communication
