MVC - bootstrap

Question

Hi,

 

I am developing MVC 5 application. In that application I am using bootstrap. When I am pressing the F12 key it display css file instead of bootstrap.css file. In my project there is no css file even though it display only css file instead of bootstrap file.  Can anyone please help me.
