Multiple Labels depending on number of rows

Question

I'm using VS2010 and an Access database and I am trying to display multiple labels depending on how many rows are in my table.  I would also like to generate some input slots next to the labels.

Is this a hard thing for a beginner?

Forgot to add I am also programming in VB.net
