Multilanguage Development of a Web Site or Globalisation of a website in multiple languages

Hi !

Myself developing an web application. My client needs that application should have language option means if he choose language option "French" then my application should change all labels and data present on web page in "French"(). I stuck here very badly ....plz help me ! If we can use any external tool or dll or exe will it work after adding any dll into my project then plz suggest !

plz suggest any websites as well where we can get a Site Translator ready made tools or dlls.

I have already used one site translator tool and that tool is not of useful to me, plz suggest me more useful tools.
