multi stage approval workflow

Question

Hi,

 

I need help to create a multi stage approval workflow in sharepoint 2013 either from OOB or from sharepoint designer.

 

Scenario:

user1: uploaded a document into the document library

lead1,lead2,lead3: these are stage 1 approvers. If one of these approvers are approved then move to next stage for final approval.

manager1: need to approve.

If manager1 is approved then workflow is completed.

 

Please help me to complete this scenario.
