multi pages on one form?

Question

Hello every one! i need a little push in the right direction. im using c# in visual studio 2008

 I'm trying to make a wizard of sorts. simply trying to grasp as much of c# as possible. and I'm trying to have my form have more than one page. I have tried using many form's but i have had the experience that they seem to flicker when i open a new form. and if it was moved then i can see multiple forms and clutters the desktop. i know there are programs that have done this and i have heard of using "controls" but cant find much information about them. any help is greatly appreciated!
