MSSQL 2008 R2 installation fails!

Question

Hi,

 

I downloaded the MSSQL2008 R2  SP3 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/confirmation.aspx?id=44271

 

But after installation I don't see the management studio. I see only configuration tools. I have Windows 7 SP! 64 Bit. Please suggest what should I do. I tried with 2005 as well but the same problem comes up.
