msdn library 2008 setup.exe (this file only) needed Urgent

Question

 Hi everyone,
   My name is dinesh and im new to this site. The reason for coming here is i have to develop a software solution for cyber cafe based on the requirements i gathered so i began downloading the visual studio 2008 but unfortunately i had setup.exe file of msdn library corrput. What did it says is when i double click on it or click on the second option of the visual studio installation splash screen is  " unable to launch setup.exe" . So i thougt that i might be able to get that single file from others who already have it. I can't download the complete iso file back again just coz of time. So please any send me that single file . 
 'After i got that im gonna begin my project and i have to use this site to clarify my doubts coz im new to developing a windows application. Hope you all will help me.If u don't mind plz send it quickly coz i have to finish my project on or before 20.'
