MSCaptcha Upper and lowercase validating

I have built the captcha code for form submit but the all alphabets in uppercase but when I enter lowercase then captcha is accepted I want to build it if user enters any lowercase character then should occur invalid captcha all the letters should be uppercase. using MSCaptcha.dll

how to make it... please help me...
