MS SQL 2008, Load balancing and database mirroring or failover clustering?

Hi All,

I have two servers both running Window server 2008 R2. I have MS sql server 2008 each.

1. How do I introduce load balancing.
2. what would be better, database mirroring or failover clustering. And how to implement that.
