moving text in label

first thank you for this great site which has huge amount of useful information
second this in my first post , i am intermediate in .net,
i am working with windows forms
the form has label
my question is how to make the text in the label moves like the text in the marque
finally i hope my question is clear
sorry i have another question >>>>>which is better moving Text with fixed label or moving label with fixed text
i hope you answer fast because i need it    ^_^
