Moving Saved Server Credentials From SSMS 2008 to SSMS 2017

I was using SQL Server 2008 and now, I installed SQL Server 2017 and SSMS 18.4. I want to move my old credentials and all local databases (Sql Server 2008) to newly installed SQL Server 2017.
