Move or Drag Polygon Endpoints to a new point location

Question

I have an polygon example setup. Could someone  assist me within dragging or moving end points to an new location. Review project.

 

I want to be able to just take an end point on the triangle I have and move to a new location review and modify project accordingly. Thanks in advance.
