MouseHover

Question

Dear All, how do I get a character under the mouse cursor. I have a rich textbox and want to hover over every single character in a string. This character will be processed and the result will be given to another textbox. I am a newbie in Csharp. Every advice will be highly appreciated Thanx in advance.
