Mouse Move Problem

Question

I have a toolbar on my C# form which have different buttons, on tollbar_mousemove event i set a tooltip for toolbar. when we take a mouse on toolbar, tooltip displays but it never goes invisible if my mouse stays on toolbar because toolbar mouse move event fired again and again i want it invisible after some. is there any solution for this.
