Modify Resource File with out Publish

Question

Hi,

 

 We have added Multi lingual website to achive this we have added resource file. We have added few values in resource file which we change frequently so currently we need to change the resource file and publish it again and then host as resource file get compiled into dll after publish. Can we keep these file as is in root folder so if we modify these file so no need to publish and host it again.

 

Any Help will be appreciated.
